That's not a bug. If it's a direct attack, it procs deliverance. Yet another reason why I don't use the curse bypass on runestone, and just use tiger to bypass curseward instead. Change targets on deliverance so I don't accidentally ignite my mark. Ezclap.
Eta: Also why I don't ever switch target to monk if there's lag. Rather just leave room. Especially since instas proc it here for some reason.
