Soliciting Feedback: Promotions Currency
Soliciting feedback: I'm considering creating a "promotions" currency that can be earned by completing your daily credits for the day. This promotions currency can be spent on whatever the current monthly promotion is, or saved up for the future. Think of it similar to doubloons, but for promotions only.
In the past, we've allowed the purchase of promotions (specifically, giftbags and stockings) with Doubloons. This would be replacing the use of Doubloons for that purpose, introducing instead a new, separate currency with a separate cap (and earned each day by completing your daily credits tasks).
In addition, I'm considering allowing the purchase of additional Promotions currency using Iron Elite credits - this would be an optional way to spend them rather than turning them into bound credits. Purchasing Promotions currency this way would NOT allow you to go beyond the cap that can be earned by doing the dailies, but would let you squeeze a few more out if you particularly like a month's promotion.

Re: Leighanna
I remember running into her at a shardfall once. She sighed, said “I don’t want to fight, I’ll just go, I don’t feel well”. I gave her a squid stuffed animal, a hug, and left.
She seemed like a kind person. Imperian is smaller without her.

Liquid Rifts

Subject: Liquid Rifts
Hello, Imperian!
I've just loaded a rather significant change to the way curative fluids are handled: Liquid Rifts!
Here's the summary: liquids are no longer stored in Vialbelts and subject to the decay thereof. Instead, they are stored in a personal Liquid Rift that every character possesses. Vialbelts are required to access this liquid rift, so you'll still need to have one, but the vialbelt itself won't be used to contain the fluids. You'll want to VIALBELT TRANSFER ALL FROM <vialbelt>.
While this seems like a minor change, it modernizes, simplifies, and speeds up the code for refilling vials, and makes fluid maintenance a lot more usable overall for characters.
What does this mean?
The following commands have been REMOVED (because their functionality has been transferred to the liquid rift).
VBELT FILL
VBELT TAP
REFILL VIALBELT FROM <flask>.
Also, VIALBELT TRANSFER has been reworked to move fluids from legacy vialbelts into your liquid rift.
The following new commands (all of which require holding a vialbelt) have been ADDED:
ILR - short for "info liquid rift". This is a shortcut for the LIQUIDRIFT SUMMARY command.
LIQUIDRIFT - the top-level command for interacting with the liquid rift.
LIQUIDRIFT SUMMARY - view the contents of your liquid rift
LIQUIDRIFT FILL FROM <container> - transfer the contents of a fluid container into your liquid rift
LIQUIDRIFT TAP <vial> <fluid> - fill an empty vial from your liquid rift
LIQUIDRIFT TAP EMPTY <list of fluids> - fill multiple empty vials with the specified fluids at once
LIQUIDRIFT MISSING - Tells you what fluids are missing from your rift. This is experimental, please BUG any oddities.
REFILL RIFT FROM <flask> [amount] - Buy refills from a shop directly into your liquid rift. This must be done in multiples of 50 (the size of a standard vial). Leaving out the amount will buy as many as possible.
In addition, the automatic refilling of vials now comes from the liquid rift, and does NOT come from vialbelts. Any liquids in vialbelts have only one purpose - to be transferred into a liquid rift.
The amount of any given fluid that can be placed in your liquid rift is limited as follows:
3000 if you own a standard vialbelt
5000 if you own a level one artifact vialbelt
8000 if you own a level two artifact vialbelt
12000 if you own a level three artifact vialbelt
20000 if you own a level four artifact vialbelt
There is no longer any gain from owning multiple vialbelts - they won't increase your rift size.
If you have any questions about this new system, please let me know! You can send me a message, discuss this on Discord, or post on the forums. If you run into bugs or typos, please file them in the normal way!

Merchant Lord - Version 1.0
Introducing a new mudlet module for all your shopping needs. This tool is primarily meant to keep track of what items are where in what shops at what price.
Current Version: 1.0 updated 2019-11-22
Current Release: https://github.com/Auchtor/MerchantLord/releases/tag/v1.0
All Releases: https://github.com/Auchtor/MerchantLord/releases
Github Repo with Readme: https://github.com/Auchtor/MerchantLord
Requirements
MerchantLord is built on Mudlet 4.3.0. Releases will be based on the most recent mudlet versions available, which I will note in future releases.
Current Features
- Automatic harvesting of shop information
- Automatic cataloging of individual items, their locations, and price after use of the WARES command.
- The ability to look up items using `ml list <search>`
- The ability to look up a specific item's locations using `ml find <item short>`
Installation
- Download the MerchantLord.xml from the most recent release.
- Open Mudlet and select "Module Manager" from the dropdown menu
- Select "Install"
- Browse to the location you downloaded MerchantLord.xml, select it, and select "Open"
Roadmap
I'm using github projects for my feature management. This is in kanban style, meaning items at the top have the highest priority for each column.
Mudlet
Notable upcoming features are better information on the item finding output to include shop names and area and better sorting of the list and find commands.
You can find the Mudlet roadmap here: https://github.com/Auchtor/MerchantLord/projects/1
Web App
I am working on a nodejs web app module in parallel to allow anyone to take the database created by MerchantLord and host it for themselves. It's in its infancy and less of a priority until I finish out the currently accepted issues for the Mudlet work.
You can find the web app rodemap here: https://github.com/Auchtor/MerchantLord/projects/3
Feature Requests
Right now I'm taking feedback. Once I have what I consider to be something beyond a Minimum Viable Product and
