Crafter's Shelves in Shops

Ok, I acquired a shop in Stavenn with some stock already there. The thing I'm having a challenge with is the crafter's shelves. In particular, they're already there with patterns stocked. However, I cannot seem to figure out a method by which to examine those patterns. How can I tell what materials they require to create so I can stock the shop cache properly?

    SHELF <shelfnumber> DESIGNS should be the ticket to see what comms are required by items on a crafting shelf.
