I'm not aware of anything that would cause you to attack guards upon login. I could see if you were somehow enemied that they'd attack you.
I'd try NEWBIE channel for more immediate help, though, or even ISSUE yourself.

Do what @Aodan suggested. You don't need an else statement for every if, and it's better to negate in the original condition.

We sided with the people that weren't attacking us. Kins definitely started it, and saying otherwise is kinda dumb. We had non of our combatants around at the beginning to start killing people off.
