I typically handle all the PK issues.
Only myself and Garryn have access to all of the logs in question. -
if you are doing nothing to them and they kill you 5-10 times in a week, that is beyond what would allow. Once a month would be passable. Unless you are provoking someone, they should not really just be killing you.

If someone yanks you into a shardfall our logs very easily see that. If a fight starts during a shardfall, you leave, and then are killed, our logs clearly show that.
Those issues rarely popup and are the easiest for us to figure out.
You don't necessarily have to talk to the other player. Especially if you really, really don't like them.
If you feel like you are being killed too often by a player or group of players then go ahead and issue and we will take a look. Kee…Sorry. Yes. I actually do want to think about trenches and stuff. I am not against making some changes with that.- 1% of level maximum penalty feels low, but it is probably fine
This is for players over level 100. Previously it was capped around 1.25%. I think.
Objective Powers and Meaning.
I agree with the idea that buff only objectives would have less meaning to a city and could result in trading.
