I dunno if this has come up yet, but I'd like to say that you shouldn't be able to hide the Champion bone yards and shrines inside cities since it's kinda antithetical to the conflict based nature of those items.

While I can see the logic behind not letting highfavours stack. Not letting benevolence stack with a highfavour has effectively made it virtually worthless. It would be nice if there was an age or rank restriction added for collecting bounties. This would prevent people coping out on bounties (myself included) by recruiting non-coms or even getting friends to roll alts to get rid of bounties.
