Can confirm at xx:33 the entire game seems to lag for 10-15 seconds. Was doing this while bashing and can tell it's server side because I didn't end up dead, they only took the one action in that time span.

You get 1 map fragment per 100 credits purchased. You can also get them quite frequently from wheel spins with purchased ones. I finished the map pretty quickly from in-game purchases. My prize was a gold tonic, whoohoo.
