Description:
- Be warned whenever someone on your enemy list moves within your area.
- Use TOUCH <stone> to activate/deactivate the stone.

This artifact is odd. I don't understand the activate/deactivate concept Why does that exist? Even more so.....why does it randomly deactivate? Is there something I am missing with this? That on top of no message/def or no message when it deactivates is very confusing.

I'm pretty sure the strange nature was a compromise between the original design and what people considered unbalanced.

Any chance that when it fades after an hour that we get some form of msg saying so?
