In game terms I think the range is is technically the only difference. But is no longer a real difference since they cannot fire outside of cities anymore
I jumped from 1 to 13 in PK during the Ithaqua/Antioch gala a few days ago (long story) and I was so disappointed, I was looking forward to jumping into that pool on my own. Although, if the jump from level 1 to 13 in bashing/questing is similar, I would have blown through those levels pretty quickly anyways.

If you were RG, would you keep mannaz up with shreds and 1.90 flares on 2 x sabre attacks 2.14s or would you intermittently use mannaz say if the aff count was less than four or tree balance was incoming? I find my shred attacks are either super useful if haemophilia procs, allowing me full use of mannaz flares, or pretty darned useless if they clot, then mannaz use alone sort-of-kind-of-maybe keeps up pace with a class with passive/active heal. Not sure, need to test more but would love some thoughts.
I guess also now that nairat is a single block with a 22 second cooldown, I'm also not quite sure when would be best to use it. (? using it to block plant seems like a waste of a 22s cd skill, I guess, and you can burn off tree and purge quite easily... :unsure: I guess I could use it to block 1 x pipe when I slickness against a fitness user )
Ditto with loshre, particularly when I need to know in advance whether I can reach a focusable aff within the next three strikes.
