Where to Purchase a Sitara

I haven't visited Imperian for over 3 years, and as thus am a bit rusty with the way of life around these parts. Can anyone please tell me where I can purchase a sitara from?

    If you go to any city's shop hub, there should be a directory. You can DIRECTORY SITARA, for example, to see if/where any sitaras are being sold in shops/npcs belonging to the city/council and/or its townes.

    Also you can make them, see AB KNIFEPLAY KNIFECRAFTING.
