The problem with Bard is that, while resonance is awesome, everything around it is pretty poorly designed. In fact, most of the rest is just shit. The class needed a real remake, not three pseudo remakes and a box of bandaids.

Affinity: you pick the affinity/environment you want to be attuned to. It changes your thornspray environment and ents.Evolution just lets you have access to ents and thornspray in the environment above and below your affinity,…If they ever were Knights cleaving me or beheading me, I think I would just farsee them to save myself. This means that people with blindfighting or variants of it are at an advantage against Bards.I think transfix could stand to…I do not believe Bard is fine, but it is far closer to fine now than it was before new resonance. There are knobs and dials to turn now that make the class far easier to balance.
