Anyone who has credits to spend on artifact like that, has the credits to spend on lessons to learn quickmount if they don't already have it. You can just "MOUNT HORSE<separator>KILL X".

Personal opinion: lavablast doesn't need more damage. A finisher shouldn't be an 80% kill ever really (exception being a threshold+number of affs or something). Classes do need realistic paths to get to finisher conditions. E…
