I assume he's fixing the problem with Celidon's newbie area and making sure the other ones don't have the same problem. The intro tasks were just stopping before sending you to learn from your tutor, speaking up on the channels, etc.

I heart thanksgiving and home made herb rolls and pie.
I especially heart guests that clean up afterwards and leave my kitchen cleaner than it was this morning.
